Once verified that there is not an Affordable Care Act policy you will need to delete any forms 8962 and 1095A. Use the "Delete a form" function as outlined below. If the rejection persist you may need to print/mail your return.
1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Delete a Form"
4. Find the form 1095A and form 8962
5. "Delete"
6. "Confirm Deletion"
