Medicaid Consultant

Last year I needed to get my mother on Medicaid and hired a professional Medicaid consultant to help navigate the process.  Is the fee I paid the consultant tax deductible and where do I add it?  I cannot find any place in Turbo Tax to put the fee I paid.

That’s a personal expense and not deductible.
