On the federal tax return there is no credit or deduction for being disabled. Some states may allow an extra exemption, deduction, or credit on the state tax return.
(There is a federal Credit for the Elderly or Disabled that hardly anyone qualifies for because the income limit is very low. But since your wife is over 65, being disabled wouldn't make any difference.)
No, extra deduction on the Standard Deduction if that is what you are asking. There's one built into TurboTax for over 65, but not disabled; if blind yes, as well. Here is more information for people with disabilities. Also, look at Publication 524, Credit for the Elderly and Disabled. As rjs stated there may be one available depending on state.
