No, extra deduction on the Standard Deduction if that is what you are asking. There's one built into TurboTax for over 65, but not disabled; if blind yes, as well. Here is more information for people with disabilities. Also, look at Publication 524, Credit for the Elderly and Disabled. As rjs stated there may be one available depending on state.
