MD Resident but work in DC - MD requiring PV extimated for 2020

I am a full year MD resident but my employer incorrectly deducted taxes for 3/4 of the full year pay in DC before correcting it. The problem now is MD want me to complete PV for estimated tax for 2020 in turbotax. How do I file my state without worrying about PV since it wasn't because I didn't pay enough tax. it was just paid to DC.

You don't need to worry about the payment vouchers.  

They are just a suggestion and are not part of your return.

You don't need to make estimated tax payment to MD if your employer is now withholding MD tax correctly.
