I need to inform someone at TurboTax that I was unable to find a job in 2025.

Why do you think you need to share that information with TurboTax? You do not need to inform anyone at TurboTax that you could not find a job. If you had no taxable income in 2025 then you do not need to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.
