SPENT FOUR HOURS ON PHONE YESTERDAY WITH TURBO TAX TECH SUPPORT AND WAS ASSURED MY CASE WOULD REMAIN OPEN UNTIL SOLVED. RECEIVED EMAIL THIS MORNING AND SAID MY CASE HAD BEEN CLOSED AND ASKED ME TO TAKE SURVEY. MY RESPONSES ARE NOT PRETTY!!!
I TRIED AND TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE MD SOFTWARE INTO TURBO TAX. TWO TECH REPS COULD NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE AFTER 4 HOURS ON PHONE. THEY WANTED ME TO GO ON LINE AND FILE MY MD TAXES SEPARATE I TOLD THEM I PAID FOR TT DELUXE SOFTWARE AND WAS NOT FILING MY STATE TAXES ON LINE. IS ANYONE ELSE IN THE COMMUNITY HAVING A SIMILAR ISSUE? IF YES, PLEASE RESPOND. I HAVE PAID FOR AND USED TT EVERY YEAR FOR >10 YEARS. THIS IS LIKELY THE LAST YEAR I USE! THANK YOU!
