We are filing married filing separately where we lived apart for six months. Can we use the same filing address ? I'm answering Yes to this question.

I didn't live with Jane at any time between July 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021.

Millions of people who live together as a married couple file married filing separately. You do not have to live apart to file that way. Is one of you filing as head of household and saying that you lived apart?
