Marketplace eligibility amount wrong

After filling in my 1092-A amounts, Turbotax says

How much you qualify for = $26,480

Minus how much you got in advance as a discount = $31,068

My income for the year was only $500 more than entered in Healthcare.gov - why does it say I owe $3.150 (Repayment Limitation)??

You need to check all of your entries, including your income.  Not sure why you qualified for 5000 less than you received.  Although it's possible there was an error in the amount entered in Healthcare.gov.

For now review everything that you've entered.  If the results don't change then this may be the year that you need to consult a professional to review all of your entries with you.
