I had to repaid social security  for previous two years and this requires an entry onto form 1040 schedule three. Nowhere where am I asked this question in the interview and I need to make an entry onto line 13 Z. How do I do this?

Usually, Social Security benefits that are repaid are reported on the SSA-1099 as a decrease in current-year benefits. 

Did you have to include your benefits in your income for those years?
