Manual adding 7 stock transactions. Getting error screen to "Adjust your cost basis to ensure your best outcome". Why am I getting an error when I just entered the data?

Amending my '23 return to fix missing cost basis. Noticed that 7 transactions that are on my etrade supplement, aren't showing up in the batch transactions I was correcting. So I was told to manually add them. Cool. But TT is throwing me a error screen.
