Mailing 1099B and form 8453

I summarized my transactions from my 1099B. I had 2 yransactions in Category E ( Not reported to IRS). Do I mail in the entire 1099B or just the page listing Category E along with form 8453?

Mailing 1099B and form 8453

You only have to mail the pages that show the details of the transactions that you summarized.
