M1PR Assistance Program Payments Question

Turbotax is prompting me to enter a numerical value greater than 0 for this question when going through the M1PR. The problem is that I never received any of these payments but it won't let me enter 0. Does anyone know what to do?

Enter or verify total assistance program payments you received in 2016 including: (MFIP) Minnesota Family Investment Program, (MSA) Minnesota Supplemental Aid, (SSI) Supplemental Security Income, (GA) General Assistance, and (GRH) Group Residential Housing.
