Hi

Last year, in 2019 we made too much money and had to recharacterize our Roth IRA to an IRA.  It looks like we have the same problem in 2020.   We recharacterized our 2019 Roth IRA last year prior to filing, but Turbo Tax is telling us we have to amend our return.  Since we will have to do this again for 2020, I would prefer someone look over this and provide steps for success so I get it right.  Can I get direct support to review our situation?

I already purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe CD/Download.  Do I have to purchase Turbo Tax Live separately?

Yes, you do have to purchase TurboTax Live separately. This will allow a certified tax expert to look at your return on an individual basis in the areas that you request.

@Big Gnome TurboTax Live is not a feature available to desktop software   --- and it seems you are using the CD/download.   You cannot add "Live" to desktop software.   You can get customer support or you can ask questions here in the user forum.
