Can someone change where my code is sent, to old email address that I can't access. This is at sign and file. NOT AT LOG IN.
I am trying to file my 2023 taxes and when I log in it automatically pulls up info from 2022 and only gives me the option to “continue”. How do I change this?
Can anyone direct me to it? I received a rejection alert for my tax returns and I log in and on the tax home screen I do not get the left menu options.
I just filed my tax return but it says"oops-an issue occured. Please check back shortly." I cleared my history and cache and logged back in only to get the same message
