I have been locked out of my account and can not access any of my information even after resetting and getting a code by both email and text.

I purchased TurboTax Premier in January. I downloaded the file with the license code. Each subsequent time I have used the file it has asked for the license code. It says I have now reached my max and won't let me in anymore. What do I do now?

I did my tax on turbo last year. So I thought it would be easy to do it again this year. NOT I had every thing done for 2019 used 2018 log in. It will not let me get into the file. I email that is showing is not even close to my email. My email address is [email address removed]. I can go any site, A lot of problem with Turbo tax
