Locked at "Your children and other dependants" credit page after trying to change RRSP information

I was attempting to add recent 2023 RRSP contributions and clicking through the standard links, I'm now stuck on the "Your children and other dependants" page.  I can't click back, I can't go to another page using the index on the left.  I cant click "Done entering credits".  It just reloads the page.  I've tried logging out and back in repeatedly.  I've tried logging out and deleting all cookies/ browsng data/ etc.  Nothing is working.  Any ideas?
