Local tax form

Last year I used Turbotax and although they didn't file my local tax form, it was a printed copy so all I had to do was transfer the information. This year it is not in my return. How do I add it to my return? I'm in Ohio

Did you have City Tax showing on your W-2?  If so, go back to your Ohio State interview, and look for the link to prepare a city return.
