When I load the program on a second computer, and enter the product code, it says the product code is already used and won't let me finish the registration process. How can I get it loaded without purchasing a separate program?

How are you loading it on the second computer? I think you need to first log into your Online account. All your program downloads should be listed so you can download it again.
