You are not required to file a separate tax return. If you receive income from trust assets, you would report this on your individual return. The assets, however, remain under the ownership of the trust.

I file a separate return for my trust...where and how do I enter the trust name on a tax return
The trust will generate a K-1 that will be entered on your personal tax return. This will provide the name and tax ID to be put in your return.
