Links not working Delux 2025

No Links work.  Using Chrome. Emptied cache. Links to info ok.  Links to advance to next section or submit do not work.  Refreshed, restarted.  Nothing works.

Can you clarify the situation?

  • Are you in the Online version, or did you buy the Desktop software?
  • Can you log in at all?
  • If so, what do you see?
  • Are there questions, or do you have any type of menu?
  • If not, what do you see on your screen?

Links not working Delux 2025

Download to Win 11.  When I open saved file questions about sharing info.  Cannot click submit or continue.  Must open original download file over again to continue entering info.  Looks like saved file takes me to online where I get these errors.

It sounds like you're in the Desktop version.

Go through these steps and let us know where it goes wrong.

  1. Have you successfully uploaded a previous year's tax file?
  2. Do you have an initial entry page labeled Continue Your 2025 Tax Return?
  3. If you do, click [Continue] on that box.
  4. This should bring up a blue banner at the top with Intuit TurboTax on the left and a Refund meter in the middle.
  5. It should also have a banner below that with 
    1. Personal Info
    2. Federal Taxes
    3. Other Tax situations
    4. Revue
    5. File
  6. Do you see any or all of these things?
