It sounds like you're in the Desktop version.
Go through these steps and let us know where it goes wrong.
- Have you successfully uploaded a previous year's tax file?
- Do you have an initial entry page labeled Continue Your 2025 Tax Return?
- If you do, click [Continue] on that box.
- This should bring up a blue banner at the top with Intuit TurboTax on the left and a Refund meter in the middle.
- It should also have a banner below that with
- Personal Info
- Federal Taxes
- Other Tax situations
- Revue
- File
- Do you see any or all of these things?
