I started my filing on the Desk Top version and then purchased the version they sell at Costco. When downloading the version from Costco it opened up the app version. One version is showing I filed, the other is showing I still need to finish filing. How can I merge the accounts for future use? I never want to go thru this process again. It has been a complete nightmare.

How did you start with desktop, because it requires purchasing, downloading, and installing the app?
Without this, you probably started online. No store sells the online version because it's free to start. Costco sold you a desktop version
I hadn't completed the online version enough to purchase; saw the desktop at Costco, and figured it was cheaper. When I logged onto the desk top version it had all of my info, so I didn't need to start over, and assumed it would all convert since my username is the same. But now I have info in 2 places - which isn't optimal.
