I want to block storage of my returns online or in cloud storage. How can I find and select these settings on the TurboTax website?

Not sure what you are trying to do. If you used online TurboTax software to prepare your tax returns, the returns are stored in your online account for seven years, and then they are purged. If you used desktop download software, the returns are stored on your own hard drive or any back up device you used like flash drive.
