license code

I completed my turbo tax submittal and all was well. My son then did his and all was well.
Now I need to go back into Turbotax and it requests a license code??? I cannot find it? and thus will not let me into see my 2019 taxes? How do I get into this, or where can I now find my license code? Thanks.

That doesn't seem like a suitable answer - an update to the software shouldn't wipe out the earlier registration, and previous year's editions haven't had that problem. This is a TurboTax bug, not a "go find your license key" problem.
