Thanks you two! I wasn't able to call in at the time and my location. My frustrations came from the lack of a Live Chat for my subscription. Hope this helps someone in the future, but I did call in to a very knowledgeable Representative and it turns out that (somehow, still in question how?) I had two accounts and was logging into the wrong one. Terri straightened my out directly and has me back saddle. Hope this helps.
