"Let's Verify It's You" is stuck

I am trying to change my email address(somehow I accidentally had a typo in it) in order to finalize my tax return and file it. However, not matter how many times I try, it keeps saying "Let's Verify It's You" and it prompts me to enter a text, get a phone call, or enter my password. No matter how many times I enter the text verification, enter my password, or even answer the phone call, when I click "continue" it just refreshes instantly back to "Let's Verify it's you" and tells me to immediately do it again.

When I sign-in to my account.  Turbo tax wants to send my phone a code to enter to verify me. my phone is out of order. can you verify my account by sending the code to my email instead?

or use another phone number to send the code to?
