Late tax filing

i mailed my tax created by turbo tax physically, but it seems like it may not reach in time to respective post boxes. I am currently on opt status(international student). will this create a problem or i can file again next year if not reached in time? I do not owe any tax, i need to get refund

No, as long as you have a post mark by the due date, your taxes are considered timely filed.
