Late Filing of CA Business Return

Hi,  It looks like my tax preparer for 2019 never filed my 2019 CA partnership return 568.  The state is now asking for this return.   Can I get help from TurboTax to file this?  Is so, how?

You can always download the form and prepare it manually.

Otherwise, you would have to purchase a copy of the 2019 edition of TurboTax Business (for which there is really no support for preparation).
