Last years filing

I bought turbo tax last year and started the process but never did file with you guys. Do I get to file for free this year since I paid to use it last year but did not? I do need my user name and password  from last year or can I make a new password? I believe my user name was [PII removed]

You can click here for assistance with account recovery. Also, this year would be a new year and program so you would need to pay for this year but, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance regarding your payment you made for last year.
