I used turbo tax help me find  i saved program not tax sheets.  bought new disc now you charged agin after the disc and now no help from yhou.  150 dolklkers scammed from intuit

When using TT Desktop (CD/download), your returns are stored only on the computer you used to prepare them, or any backup that you made.  TT does not have a copy, but see:

The tax law changes every year, which is why you must buy a new CD with the 2020 program.
