Land value and improvement value for new Chicago condo.

I am getting lost trying to find or estimate the land value and improvement value for my Chicago condo I purchased in 2020. Does a land value even apply? On the 2019 second installment of property taxes, I can find amounts listed for property value and assessed value (10% of property value).

Yes, you can take it from your property tax bill. All condos are different; some include land, some don't.
