You do not enter a 1095B at all. When it asks if you have a 1095A for marketplace insurance you need to say NO to that and move on.

You don't need to enter Form 1095-B in TurboTax, you only need to enter Form 1095-A if you received it.

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return. When asked if you have a Form 1095-A, answer NO.
