I talked to someone last week and he told me they sent a letter but damn, how long can it possibly take to get here?? It's ridiculous to cause so much stress over a tax return when they don't have enough staff to even handle phone calls! It's ridiculous.  So when we do receive a letter, we won't be able to reach anyone for God knows how long?!? I have a job. I'm a nurse, I work for the fed govt... va..  I can't be on the phone all damn day.

I’m going to try again when I get my break today.  I tried this morning with the extension and was on hold.  This is running up my blood pressure. TurboTax should also be able to help.  You pay for the service they should help.  I did talk to someone from there yesterday but couldn’t tell me what Reference code 9001 was.  She acted as if she never heard it.  This is stressful.  I prayed to God for patience. I’m usually patient but this is a mess this year.

I've just gotten off the phone with them and they told me about the 9001 code is the path and act and 1541 was that they couldn't verify my wages and now they have the 45 day wait was reversed and to wait for a deposit date any day this week

@alharr94 so the 9001 code is the same as the path or it relates to the path? did you have to verify yourself?

@rchellet15 yes the 9001 code is technically the path act and I verified myself on 2/13
