Hi, One thing you might try is 1) close turbotax, 2) open the browser you use and clear the cache out. Often when the temp files in your cache are too much, it can affect software of any kind easily. Open Turbo, and if it doesn't check for updates automatically, check for updates yourself. Now, give it a try. I only say all this as I've run into this problem with Turbo in the past, along with other software.
Years to come, turbo tax can not fix using another software, That time Turbo tax maybe go to fix it. I have same trouble
" Your Intuit session has expired" I just open file to key in payment. They don't want money.
