I was able to file my federal and other state taxes, but for the GA tax, I get a page that says "We need a little more information before you e-file". Then it takes me to a page that looks like this.
If I put my name (or my spouse's name) or leave it blank, it takes me back to the first page again:
How do I get out of this??

It sounds like the Georgia Information Worksheet is not picking up the info from the Federal Information Worksheet.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS mode, check your Federal Info Worksheet and make any needed additions/corrections directly on the form.
In TurboTax Online, check your info in the Personal Info section to be sure it's correct. If this applies, close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and try Efiling Georgia again.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have the desktop version and tried going into the FORMS as suggested, but I can't figure out what is missing? My name shows up in red on the GA Info Worksheet. There is no missing information in the Federal Info Worksheet that I can see. Thank you in advance for your help in troubleshooting this issue!
Since your name is showing up in red on the GA info worksheet, it seems like TurboTax is picking it up as an override. If you right click on your name do you see Cancel Override in the menu? If so, and you click that, does your name disappear or does the color change?
Apparently TurboTax doesn't like your First Name in the Georgia Worksheet, although this is supposed to flow from the Federal Information Worksheet. While viewing the form, can you Delete Form at the bottom? This may allow it to repopulate properly.
Or, if that doesn't resolve your error, you could Delete Georgia from the FILE menu, and then step through the state interview and let it re-populate.
