K-3 Schedule available in June 2023

Hello,

I have received a schedule K-1 and box 16 is checked (K-3 is attached) but K-3 will only be available in June.

Box 21 (Foreign taxes paid or accrued ) is blank and box 11 is also representing a loss.

Can i unchecked the box 16 and continue with e-file for this year.

Yes, uncheck Box 16 and then amend your return once you receive Schedule K3 if you have a Foreign Tax Credit to claim and Foreign income is reported on it.
