K-1 section not ready on 2/21 date they've been promising

Today is the date they promised to have the K-1 section available. Still not up. This is so frustrating and I think I'll inquire about a refund. Leaving for vacation tomorrow and really wanted to get filed before we go. On SS income now and really need my money.
