K-1 Rental real estate - Box 2 will not recognize a negative number

If I try to post a negative number (-8318) into Rental real estate - Box 2, it is not recognized. It displays as a negative number but on the comparison page with 2023, 2023 shows a loss and 2024 shows 0 - not the negative amount. When I went through the process again and took out the negative sign, everything worked as assumed and the comparison showed a positive (8318) number. I've tried the negative symbol on the keyboard and my key pad with no luck. The answers to the questions throughout the K-1 process have not changed since last year. Can you point me in a direction? FYI, this did happen has year as well. I see the suggested reference material in emails from TurboTax but they do not offer a solution. Appreciate your help.
