K-1 Box 20 Code Z Section 199A & Statement A

We have been part of a small Partnership fund that was gifted to my husband many years ago.  We received a small check on Dec 31, 2019 with info stating this is the final property disposition for the fund. We have filled in the K-1 (turbotax deluxe), and after entering the Code Z 199A fields, we are asked to enter information about the Partnership fund from Statement A. 

We have not received a Statement A.  When we called the Fund (multiple times), they say there is no Statement A available.  They do not have it and are not sending it to anyone.  Should we put zeroes in the Statement A Fund questions, or just leave it out.  It does show an error for the form when left blank.  Will we be able to file anyway?

I believe you are referring to these questions:

You need to look on the schedule K-1 see if any of the items listed are on the form. Business income would be in box 1, 1231 gain in box 10, section 179 in box 12, contributions and other in box 13, W-2 wages in box 20, UBIA and REIT would be listed on statements attached to the K-1.

Thanks. Yes - those are the questions I'm looking at.  I've entered everything on the K-1 that has a value.  Most of it doesn't address those questions.  Only a couple of boxes you mentioned had any values in it.  I answered the questions with the few items that were on the K-1 and attachment, and left the others as zeroes.  I'll try calling the turbo tax number you gave me to see if they have any other ideas.
