Itemized vs std deduction

My wife and I are trying to file separately; however Turbo Tax is stating my wife will file via the Std Deduciton, while Turbo Tax has me as filing via Itemized Deductions. How do I convert my wife to itemized deductions? 

Married filing separately
Your standard deduction is $12,200. If you are 65 or older or blind, you get an additional $1,300. If you are 65 or older and blind, you get an additional $2,600.
