Item Donation Information - Add/Edit Items Form Does Not Allow Saving

After entering clothing items in a form for Goodwill, TurboTax Desktop does not display the Save or "Done" buttons in the review list of items. The only option is the Red X in the upper right corner of the review window.
I tried to add a screen shot below, but the system removed it.
