It wont let me file for

So I filled everything out and it says ready to file but it wants to charge me but it won't let me pay out of my tax refund so I can't finish folding I've tried to do the free edition but it just keeps glomg to that

You are asking from TT Self-Employed. Self-employment income does not qualify for the Free version.
