If you are unable to enter anything into a field it is
possible that the page you are trying to enter your information on did not
fully load. You can Refresh the page in your browser to reload it and retry
adding your information. If you are using your numeric keypad to input
information, make sure your "Num Lock" key is
on. If neither thing solves your problem, consider some other things you can
try:

Exit
TurboTax Online (Save & Sign-Out), then close and reopen your browser
and login again

Try a different browser: Chrome or Firefox (IE 11 is currently not working well
with the software)
