It will not allow me to add the cents to my AGI. Am I just entering the dollar amount?

Round to the nearest dollar amount when you enter your AGI, this is true even if it is asking for the "Exact" amount.

For example if it's 14,400.49 you would enter 14,400, and if it was 14,400.50 or higher you would enter 14,401.
