When can I expect the answer to my question filed 4-2-19?

My question pertained to "where should I list capital gains on my return".  I received confirmation of my question but I have not received an answer.

When you go to the section to enter the sale, select No you did not receive a 1099-B or brokerage statement. Select the option on the next screen that most closely describes your transaction and continue on from there.
