it was accepted or not accepted did not come

I applied to get my tax back a week ago,but it was accepted or not accepted did not come what can ı do ?

Go to the home page, scroll down to "Your tax returns and documents" see it it was filed.

You don't see "Your tax return and documents? Can you sign in? 

Click Home on the left side and then scroll down the main screen. 

Or  do you mean you can get to "Your tax return and documents", but you can't see your return?
