It says the IRS started accepting returns on 1/29 but I'm still not able to use my refund to pay for my return. Has anyone been able to pay with their refund?

It's states refund processing is unavailable because of the IRS opening late. They're open now and have been for almost two weeks now. Why isn't refund processing available?

Hey I filed on 1/31 and was able to use my refund for payment.
