If you know someone claimed you on your tax return, you will have to file by mail as you won't be able to e-file. However, if you know you are a dependent on someone else's tax return, you can check the box that ''someone else will claim me'' (it is in the personal info - My Info - section) and you will be able to e-file. If no one should have claimed you and you believe you may be a victim of identity theft, please read the attached FAQ and take the steps below!
