It says I didn’t efile but I have the proof saying that I did. Help. What I do?

What is saying that you didn't e-file?

What proof do you have?  Email? When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.  Accepted only means they accepted your return FOR Processing.

When I go to check my status turbo tax says that they have no record of it but I printed my returns and everything. I’m single, my social security numbers right and my zip code is correct. I don’t know whats wrong.

Did you efile it?  Did you go all the way to the very end and hit the big Transmit Returns Now button?  Try efiling again.  Go through the FILE on left side.

Or does your account say Ready to Mail?  That means it’s ready for you to print and mail it yourself to the IRS.  So it has not been filed yet.  Did you mail it?
